How it works

Start a case
Submit your request by calling 855-380-7828 or emailing memberservices@teladochealth.com. You must complete a short enrollment form that Teladoc will send you before a case can be initiated. The form also allows Teladoc to collect medical records on your behalf. Expect to hear from a physician within 1 business day after you complete the form.
Access expert guidance
Connect with a physician who guides you through every step in the process and coordinates your review with a team of specialists and your existing physician. You can decide if you’d like your physician to be involved.
Receive collaborative care
Our team of doctors works with you to develop and deliver a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that’s right for you. A report will be provided at the end of the review. Your physician will work with you to make sure you understand the report and next steps. Teladoc Medical Experts are available to you for follow-up discussion and questions.
