Teladoc, Inc. to release lock-up restriction on common stock
Purchase, New York (September 21, 2015) — Teladoc, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., the lead book-running managers in the Company’s recent public sale of 9,487,500 shares of common stock, are releasing a lock-up restriction with respect to 119,991 shares of the Company’s common stock held by an officer of the Company. The release will take effect on September 24, 2015, and the shares may be sold on or after such date. All other lock-up restrictions applicable to holders of the Company’s common stock expire 180 days after such recent public sale.
