Through our award-winning mobile app, members connect with their Virtual Primary Care team by phone, video and in-app messaging with an appointment or on demand.
Proactive, data-driven communication programs increase utilization of virtual care and motivate members to take recommended health actions. Care plans and clinical referrals are tailored to the member’s own health goals, health challenges and health plan coverage.
Trusted medical care
Our primary care physicians are licensed and experienced in family practice and internal medicine, and are specially trained to deliver high-quality virtual care. We refer members to virtual care services and in-network specialists when in-person care is required—staying by the member’s side to ensure health issues are resolved.
In the first 90 days of a recent pilot, more than 30% of participating members completed annual exams and received personalized care plans. Participating members overwhelmingly said they would recommend the Virtual Primary Care service to friends and family members with an average Net Promoter Score of 95.
