The venue

Convene's Loop location offers a purpose-built environment for working sessions and peer conversation: comfortable, well-appointed, and right in the center of downtown Chicago.
Hotels
We've secured preferred rates at the Canopy by Hilton Chicago Central Loop and the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Central Loop, both are about a five-minute walk from Convene. Attendees can reserve by Monday, September 14, 2026 to receive the group rate — rooms are limited, and after that date availability and pricing revert to the hotel's standard rates.

Getting to Chicago
Convene is easily reached from both Chicago airports and Union Station.
O'Hare (ORD): ~30-45 min by car or rideshare; Blue Line train to Monroe station, then a short walk
Midway (MDW): ~25-35 min by car or rideshare; Orange Line train to Quincy station
Union Station: ~5 min walk
Getting around
The venue is highly walkable from most downtown hotels. Rideshare is widely available, and Chicago's CTA system offers easy connections throughout the city.
