One of the BCBSM criteria is that you must meet with a Teladoc Health coach at least once. To verify that you have met the coaching requirement, BCBSM requires that you send your Health Summary Report (from your Teladoc Health account) to the in-person doctor or care provider who prescribes your GLP-1 for weight loss. You can find this report in your Teladoc Health account.

Your personal Health Summary Report is a great way to let your doctor or care provider see how you’re doing and spark more meaningful conversations. It includes averages, trends, coaching visits and a summary of your readings over the last 30 and 90 days.
You can share your Health Summary Report with your doctor or care provider, via email, fax, or text message through your online account. You can also export and print or view your entire logbook. Here's how:
