Cancellation policy
To avoid a cancellation fee, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Ways to manage your upcoming visit
Online or app
- Sign in at teladochealth.com or open the Teladoc Health mobile app.
- Find your upcoming visit on the home screen.
- Select Cancel / Reschedule.
- Choose a new time or confirm your cancellation.
Confirmation or reminder email
- Open your original appointment confirmation or reminder email and click the Reschedule / Cancel Appointment link.
