You can change, reschedule, or cancel your Teladoc Health appointment online, in the app, or by calling customer service.

Cancellation policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Ways to manage your upcoming visit

Online or app

  1. Sign in at teladochealth.com or open the Teladoc Health mobile app.
  2. Find your upcoming visit on the home screen.
  3. Select Cancel / Reschedule.
  4. Choose a new time or confirm your cancellation.

Confirmation or reminder email

  1. Open your original appointment confirmation or reminder email and click the Reschedule / Cancel Appointment link.
