Start online or in the Teladoc Health app easily.
Sign in to your online account here.
In the Care options menu, find 24/7 Care and select “Get care now.”
Complete a few questions about your health.
When you reach the “Reason for visit” drop down, tell us what you’re coming in for.
You will see a list of the conditions you are eligible to receive treatment for. Eligibility depends on your plan with your provider and your medical history.
