You can schedule a session with a coach in three easy ways:
You can schedule a one-on-one coaching session right from the app. If you don’t already have it, start by downloading it from the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details. You’ll also get a reminder email and text message 24 hours prior to your scheduled coaching session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible. You can change your appointment by clicking the “Reschedule/Cancel Appointment” link in your confirmation email.
You can easily request a coaching session at any time through your online account.
