How to weigh in with the Teladoc Health WM1500 weight scale

Welcome to the Weight Management program! Your scale comes with four AA batteries and a user guide. Add your batteries and let’s get started with your first weigh-in.

It’s best to weigh in:

  • With dry, bare feet
  • With as little clothing as possible
  • At the same time each day
  • On an empty stomach

  1. Open the Teladoc Health app on your smartphone and set your phone close by your scale.
  2. Place the scale on a hard, flat floor. Avoid rugs or cracks in floor tiles. These can cause inaccurate readings on your scale.
  3. Tap the scale or step on it with one dry, bare foot.
  4. Remove your foot and wait until the scale displays 0.0 lb.
  5. Now step on the scale with both feet. Keep your knees straight.
  6. Your weight will appear on the scale display and will automatically upload to your account.
  7. Step off of the scale and look at the phone. You can see all of your weight readings in the Teladoc Health app.
  8. Your scale will automatically power down after you step off.

That’s it, you’re done! Track your progress in the app every time you weigh in.
