How to schedule a mental health coaching session

If you’re eligible for mental health coaching sessions, you can schedule by signing in to your account on Teladoc Health’s website or mobile app.

  1. Sign in to your account from your browser or mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the Mental Health home page.
  3. Select “Connect” from the navigation menu, and look for the “Coaching” option.
  4. Select “Schedule a session.”
  5. Next, fill out the required information (make sure the date, time, time zone and preferred method of contact are correct) and click “Schedule Session.”

Once you’ve scheduled a session, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll also get a reminder email 24 hours before your session.

Need to reschedule or cancel a session?

If you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, follow these steps:

  • Select “Reschedule/Cancel Appointment” in your confirmation email or navigate directly to the “Connect” page on the website or mobile app.
  • On the “Connect” page, select “Schedule.” You can reschedule or cancel up to four hours before your scheduled appointment.
