Many perspectives. One mission.
We provide care for people around the world. It takes a diverse, inclusive organization to reflect the people we
serve around the world. We are committed to fostering an environment that celebrates what we have in
common as well as what makes us unique.
Our approach to diversity, equity and inclusion
"Creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture starts with the leadership. But it's also in partnership with all employees identifying how we are engaging and interacting with one another."
"Each person has a unique style on how to get things done efficiently. Inclusive leadership to me is bringing out these qualities in my team."
"As a global organization, we have so much to learn from one another."
"Living our values is fundamentally rooted in fostering a workplace that values diversity of thought, perspective, culture, and inherently weaves that into the fabric of how we get work done."
Helping each other succeed
Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council helps build and develop a community that fosters our belief in succeeding together through teamwork, innovation, and inclusion.
Education & training
All people managers are required to complete inclusive leadership training to drive awareness and understanding on an individual, team, and organizational level.
Celebrating differences
Engagement groups such as the Teladoc Health Women's Network enable team members with shared or common interests to network with and support each other. From International Women's Day to LGBTQ Pride Month and disability awareness months, we proudly celebrate each other, together.
Executive sponsorships
We proudly partner with community programs like the Women in Technology and Entrepreneurship in New York (WiTNY) Winternship, which helps close the gender equity gap in tech, and NYC Tech Talent Pipeline, which works to provide opportunities for underserved populations.
