  • Yes! It is completely at no cost to you. Your Medicare plan pays for the program on your behalf. You are not billed anything for joining and using Teladoc Health.

  • You will need a blood glucose meter to test your blood sugar. If you don’t have a blood glucose meter, contact your health benefits team to learn more about your device options.

  • Depending on your health benefits, you may or may not receive a connected blood glucose meter provided by Teladoc Health. If you have your own blood glucose meter, you can use it for Teladoc Health program activities, including:

    • Unlimited one-on-one expert coaching
    • Blood sugar tracking that you can share with your support team
    • Food logging and activity tracking as you build healthy habits
    • Personalized action plans to meet your goals
    • Access to the Teladoc Health Library with resources on healthy eating, recipes and meal guides, healthy lifestyles and more

  • Just fill out the registration form online. We’ll check to make sure you qualify.

  • After you enroll, you should download and log in to the Teladoc Health mobile app. That’s where you can connect your blood glucose meter to sync your readings, schedule an appointment with a coach or log a meal. You will also get access to TeladocHealth.com.

  • When you enroll in Teladoc Health, you will get support through your entire diabetes journey. Your expert coach will help you set goals, understand diabetes basics, look for areas of improvement, learn simple, healthy strategies and communicate better with your support team.

  • Teladoc Health takes your privacy seriously. Your health information is protected by federal and state laws, including HIPAA. Please see our Notice of Privacy Practices for more information on how Teladoc Health uses your health information.
