A data-driven approach to engaging members and boosting equity

Investments in data combined with targeted engagement help healthcare organizations interact with hard-to-reach populations and increase health equity. This article summarizes a Teladoc Health session from the AHIP 2023 Consumer Experience and Digital Health Forum where we learned how health plans with a holistic understanding of their members (and a culturally relevant engagement strategy to match) can drive far superior results to one-size-fits-all plans.
