Jonathan Dorfman is Chief Legal Officer at Teladoc Health and serves as secretary to its board of directors.

He is responsible for all of the company's legal matters, including corporate governance, securities law, compliance, intellectual property, and privacy. 

In addition to ensuring that Teladoc Health meets all of its legal requirements as a public company, he is responsible for government affairs and human resources. 

Prior to being named Chief Legal Officer, Dorfman served in legal roles of progressive responsibility at Teladoc Health, including most recently as Senior Vice President, Securities and Corporate Law, leading the company’s SEC reporting and disclosure, corporate governance, capital markets and M&A. He joined Teladoc Health in 2020 through the acquisition of Livongo, where he led SEC compliance and corporate governance. Previously, he was an in-house lawyer at USG Corporation and practiced law with the firm of Sidley Austin LLP.

Mr. Dorfman holds a JD degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a BBA from University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and is admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois.
