Matthew Pepper, MD, MBA is a healthcare leader focused on transforming clinical care through thoughtful design, quality improvement, and population health strategy. As a Medical Director on Teladoc’s Clinical Care Model Design and Quality team, he works at the intersection of medicine, operations, and innovation, helping build care delivery models that improve outcomes, enhance patient experiences, and support clinicians in delivering high-quality care. He has worked with healthcare systems across the United States and in several countries internationally.
Matthew has previously served as a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on Quality Improvement and Patient Safety and as an Adjunct Professor of Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys baking, running and following college basketball.
