A creamy vegan smoothie packed with berries, white beans and vanilla protein for a fruity filling blend that’s high in protein.

Preparation

  1. Add the almond milk, cannellini beans, protein powder, mixed berries, blueberries, peanut butter, flaxseed, vanilla extract and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. If you want a thicker smoothie, add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and blend briefly again.
  4. Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.
