Easy air-fryer salmon

If you have an air fryer, don’t sleep on this recipe. The heat circulation in an air fryer results in salmon with a crisp exterior and tender, flaky center. This in-a-pinch protein works well on top of salads or with one or more veggie sides like steamed string beans, asparagus, roasted tomatoes and avocado for a delicious meal.

Preparation

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly on both sides of the salmon fillets.
  5. Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until salmon is cooked through and crispy on the edges.
