Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan over a low flame, heat the almond milk. 
  2. Add in sugar, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract. Whisk until combined. 
  3. Whisk vigorously for 1 minute until frothy. Or, if you have a milk frother, froth the mixture. 
  4. Add the mixture to the coffee and stir.
