This honey-soy glazed salmon is a simple, flavorful dinner that comes together in less than 30 minutes. Serve it with whole grain rice and steamed or roasted broccoli for an easy weeknight meal.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush lightly with the olive oil.
  4. Spoon half of the honey-soy mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Sprinkle with the green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
