Lemon raspberry frozen yogurt

Ingredients 

  • 12 oz frozen raspberries 
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt 
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp lemon zest 

Preparation 

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. If you want a more solid consistency, put the mixture in an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
