This satisfying, flavor-packed wrap loaded with Mediterranean staples. Add in whatever veggies you have on hand: Cucumber, bell pepper and fresh tomato all work well.

Preparation

  1. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Layer on the romaine lettuce, then top with kalamata olives, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, chickpeas, red onion, and fresh basil.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil to enjoy later.
