Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, ground flaxseed, hemp hearts, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and salt.
  2. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until thick dough forms.
  3. If the mixture seems too dry to hold together, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until it sticks when pressed.
  4. Chill the mixture for 10 minutes to make it easier to roll.
  5. Roll the mixture into 12 equal balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
