Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 
  2. Drain and rinse ½ cup canned chickpeas. Dry thoroughly using paper towels. 
  3. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Bake chickpeas for 20 minutes or until chickpeas are crisp, shaking pan every 5 minutes. 
  4. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon dried rosemary and 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese.
