Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the dry roasted edamame and almonds with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until fragrant and lightly toasted.
  5. Let cool completely before serving so the coating crisps up.
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
