This fresh sheet-pan salmon dinner comes together in under 30 minutes, making it a great choice for busy weeknights. Roasting the salmon, potatoes and asparagus on one pan keeps prep simple and cleanup easy.

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss baby potatoes with 1 Tbsp olive oil, paprika, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper, and spread on a parchment paper–lined sheet pan.
  3. Roast potatoes for 15 minutes until slightly tender; push to one side of the sheet pan.
  4. In a bowl, combine remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil, garlic, dill, and remaining salt and pepper.
  5. Add salmon fillets to the other side of the sheet pan; brush with the dill garlic mixture.
  6. Arrange asparagus around the salmon; brush asparagus with remaining dill garlic mixture and top everything with lemon slices.
  7. Return to oven and roast for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
  8. Remove from oven, squeeze extra lemon juice if desired, and serve warm.
