Preparation

  1. Mix together chili powder, cumin, paprika, pepper and oregano.
  2. Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
  3. Add tomatoes, chiles and chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken with fork.
  5. Serve on tortillas, topped with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
