Three healthy mocktail recipes

Mojito mocktail 

Makes 1 serving  

Ingredients 

  • 3 slices of lime
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1 can lime seltzer  
  • Ice 

Preparation

Add mint leaves and 2 slices of lime to a glass. Mash mint and lime with a muddler. Add ice. Add seltzer. Stir. Garnish with remaining lime slice.

  • ¼ cup blueberries 
  • 1 can seltzer  
  • Ice 

Preparation

Add watermelon and blueberries to glass. Mash fruit with a muddler, leaving some pieces. Add ice. Add seltzer. Stir. Garnish with a watermelon slice, if desired.

  • ½ kiwi peeled and sliced 
  • 1 cup brewed green tea, chilled in fridge 

Preparation

Add fruit to a tall glass. Stir to combine. Top with chilled green tea. Garnish with a kiwi slice, if desired.
