Healthy hot chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packet sugar alternative
  • 1 cup nonfat or almond milk
  • Peppermint extract

Preparation

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar alternative packet, and nonfat or almond milk. 
  • When your cocoa is well blended and warm, remove from heat and whisk in a dash of peppermint extract.
