It’s not uncommon for stress to lead to more snacking. The fact that you are aware this is happening is a very important first step. We can’t change the behaviors we don’t know we have! Great job being self-aware! One way to break this pattern is to replace the foods you tend to snack on with other, more satisfying foods.
