Microwave frozen artichoke hearts and spinach until defrosted, according to package instructions.
While vegetables are in the microwave, pour cottage cheese into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Drain vegetables thoroughly, squeezing out any excess moisture. Chop into small pieces.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over a medium flame. Saute defrosted artichoke hearts and spinach so remaining liquid evaporates. Season with salt.
Add blended cottage cheese and mix into vegetables.
Add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder; mix well.
