  • ½ medium cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt (or, dairy-free plain yogurt)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp dried dill
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, oil, dill, salt and pepper to make a dip. Enjoy with cucumber slices.
