In October 2025, Teladoc Health officially earned ISO 9001 certification for our access enablement process within U.S. Group Health (USGH) business. ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognized quality management standard, focused on ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement. Teladoc Health is the first virtual care company in our category to earn this achievement in the U.S.
