  • Yes! It is completely at no cost to you. Your Medicare plan pays for the program on your behalf. Shipping is included too. You are not billed anything for joining and using Teladoc Health.

  • You must be eligible through your Medicare plan and meet program-qualifying criteria. In addition, if you have diabetes, you do not qualify for our Diabetes Prevention Program. If you have questions, chat with us or call us at 1-800-835-2362 (TTY: 855-636-1578). We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Just fill out the registration form online. We’ll check to make sure you qualify.

  • After you enroll, we will send you a connected scale that includes directions for using it. You should also download and log in to the Teladoc Health mobile app. That’s where you can track your progress and see your readings.

  • Teladoc Health takes your privacy seriously. Your health information is protected by federal and state laws, including HIPAA. Please see our Notice of Privacy Practices for more information on how Teladoc Health uses your health information.
