If you’re looking for a fitness challenge, training for a 5K can be a great goal. Whether you run or walk, crossing that finish line means you’ve done a lot for your health. Not active now? If you’re willing to put in some work, there’s no reason you can’t finish a 5K in as little as eight weeks. Here are two “Couch to 5K” training programs you can follow to get ready for race day:
