Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and honey. 
  2. Add brussels sprouts, walnuts and cranberries and toss well. 
  3. Let rest for 15 minutes and serve. Store refrigerated in airtight container for up to 4 days.
