Preparation

  1. Beat egg and egg whites. Mix in broccoli, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and dill. 
  2. Pour into skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook 3-4 minutes, until firm on bottom but slightly wet on top. 
  3. Preheat oven to broil setting. 
  4. Broil for 3 minutes, until eggs are cooked and golden. Serve with ¾ cup of strawberries on the side.
